The Coyote Rhino Rescue Tourniquet with Pouch and Scissors by Mil-Tec is a ready-to-use emergency haemorrhage control set designed for tactical, rescue and outdoor first aid applications. The complete kit includes a tourniquet, a dedicated MOLLE pouch and a first aid scissor — everything needed to respond quickly to severe bleeding in the field without searching for separate components.
Built from durable 700D PU-coated polyester, the pouch attaches securely to vests, belts and plate carriers via a quickly detachable MOLLE back panel with snap buttons, ensuring the kit is always within reach when seconds matter. A hook & loop closure on the main pocket and a dedicated hook & loop retention compartment for the scissor allow for fast, one-handed access under pressure.
