Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your delivery destination and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Slovakia: 1–3 business days
-European Union: 3–7 business days
-Rest of Europe / International: 5–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders outside the EU, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate with the carrier. In the rare case that a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a reshipment or a refund.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Wolftrail is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
